Jan was born and raised in West Virginia. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2009 from Concord University and her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2014 from Radford University. Jan worked in a pediatric private practice in Knoxville, TN for 5 years and then joined a travel therapy company, which took her to Wyoming for two years and ultimately to central Oregon in 2023 where she decided to stay permanently. Jan has spent her entire career in pediatrics between private practices, early intervention and preschools. She is passionate about Autism and early language development.
When she isn’t working Jan enjoys spending time with her family and 3 dogs. She enjoys mountain biking, hiking, photography, and watching basketball.
